Recommended use or purpose:
Helps athletes to improve their performance during brief, high intensity physical activity and enhances muscular development in combination with healthy regimen and resistance exercise.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each capsule contains:
Creatine Monohydrate (100% Krea-GenicTM) ..... 750 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, Ascorbic Acid, Colour

Recommended Dose (adults):
On training-days: 4 capsules before the training with water or juice.

Non-training days: Take 2 capsules in the morning and further 2 capsules in the late evening together with a protein shake.

Directions of Use: Take 4 capsules per day, preferably 30 minutes before workout. The recommended duration is for 6 weeks, followed by a break for 2-4 weeks. Do not exceed the recommended serving size. Drink 4-5 glasses of water per day to prevent dehydration, especially in the first week.
