Pre-Run Banana-Almond Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops Weider Ultra Whey Protein Vanilla
- 1 cup mlik, soy milk or water
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup pulp free Orange Juice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix on the 'pulse' mode until desired consistency is reached.
