Pre-Run Banana-Almond Smoothie




Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Weider Ultra Whey Protein Vanilla
  • 1 cup mlik, soy milk or water
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup pulp free Orange Juice



Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix on the 'pulse' mode until desired consistency is reached.
