Post Workout Choconana Shake
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Weider Chocolate Ultra Whey Protein
- 500ml of milk (skim or soy, depending on lactose tolerance)
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of honey
- 1/2 banana
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 3 medium-large ice cubes
- Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix on the 'pulse' mode until desired consistency is reached.
