Post-Run Recovery Drink
Ingredients:
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 Tbsp Weider L-Glutamine powder
- Water (optional, add to make beverage less thick)
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until desired consistancy is reached. Drink an hour after workout.
