Post-Run Recovery Drink




Ingredients:

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 Tbsp Weider L-Glutamine powder
  • Water (optional, add to make beverage less thick)



Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until desired consistancy is reached. Drink an hour after workout.
