Mid-Run Sports Drink
Ingredients:
- 1 green teabag (or the equivalent loose tea leaves)
- 2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp cane sugar (or honey)
- 1/8 tsp salt (about a pinch)
- 4 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Directions:
- Place the teabag (or tea leaves) in the water and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, remove the teabag (or leaves) and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
