Mid-Run Sports Drink




Ingredients:

  • 1 green teabag (or the equivalent loose tea leaves)
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp cane sugar (or honey)
  • 1/8 tsp salt (about a pinch)
  • 4 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)



Directions:

  1. Place the teabag (or tea leaves) in the water and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, remove the teabag (or leaves) and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
