Venison Steaks




Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb venison steak
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper 



Directions:

  1. Place venison steaks in a large ziploc bag. Mix all marinade ingredients (everything but the steaks) together and pour over steaks. Seal the bag.
  2. Place bag flat so that the steaks are in a single layer. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning every hour to marinate each side.
  3. Drain marinade and grill or barbeque as you would a regular steak.
