Cold Breakfast Oatmeal
Ingredients:
So easy, versatile and healthy – starts your day off right!
- 1 cup milk or water
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup blueberries, strawberries or fruit of your choice
- Maple syrup or Stevia Sweet (optional, to taste)
Directions:
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl or Tupperware and mix (if using dry or frozen fruit, you can add it during this step).
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Before eating, add in any fresh fruit and sweetener (if desired) and enjoy.
