Cold Breakfast Oatmeal




Ingredients:

So easy, versatile and healthy – starts your day off right! 

  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, strawberries or fruit of your choice
  • Maple syrup or Stevia Sweet (optional, to taste)



Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl or Tupperware and mix (if using dry or frozen fruit, you can add it during this step).
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Before eating, add in any fresh fruit and sweetener (if desired) and enjoy.
