Basic Ginger Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 or 2 half-inch slices of fresh ginger
- 1 cup boiling water
- Sweetener (Optional, to taste)
Directions:
- Steep the ginger slices in the boiling water for 10 minutes. Sweetener such as stevia, honey, or maple syrup can be added for a sweeter tea. Drink to combat sore throat, gastrointestinal distress, etc.
