Creatine Monohydrate Tropical Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 5 grams (1 teaspoon) Weider Creatine Monohydrate
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (or 1 cup frozen mixed tropical fruits)
