Creatine Monohydrate Tropical Fruit Smoothie




Ingredients:

  • 5 grams (1 teaspoon) Weider Creatine Monohydrate
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (or 1 cup frozen mixed tropical fruits)  



Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Drink immediately and enjoy!
