Directions: 

Mix 2/3 cup (98 g) of Dynamic Weight Gainer with 2 cups (473 mL) of whole milk or water.  Shake or blend until smooth and creamy.  A blender is recommended for ease of mixing. Serve immediately.  For variety, add your favorite fruit.
