Recommended Dose (adults): 
Take the contents of one packet with food and water a few hours before or after taking any other medications. For therapeutic use only.

Vitamin A (10,000 I.U.), Vitamin D3 (400 I.U.). 
Non-medicinal ingredients: Soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin.

 

Vitamin B1 (100mg), Vitamin B2 (100mg), Niacinamide (100mg), Vitamin B6(100mg), Pantothenic Acid (100mg), Folic Acid (0.4mg), Boitin (100mcg), Vitamin B12 (100mcg), Choline Bitartrate (100mg), Inositol (100mg).

I really like the megabolic paks. I have taken them close to 30 years. I have substituted other brands over the years including GNC, but they weren't in the same ballpark.I told them so.
