Directions:
Mix 30g (1/3 cup) of Weider Whey & Egg Protein with 8 fl oz (237mL) water, milk or juice. Blend or shake thoroughly and serve immediately. A blender is recommended for ease of mixing. For variety, add your favorite fruit.
